How Booking Works
Pick Your Time
Choose a consult time in the calendar below and tick the Video Visit box. Enter your name, date of birth, email and phone. That is all it asks for.
Confirm It from Your Inbox
Right away you get an email from us with a green Confirm button. Click it within the hour or the request is cancelled. Your consult is on the books the moment you click.
Sign In to OnPatient, Pay, and Check In
The same email has a blue Sign up for OnPatient button. OnPatient is our patient portal. Create your login, pay the $100 consult fee there, and press Check In to complete your paperwork. Please finish this before your consult. A computer is quicker than a phone.
Join Your Video Visit
At your consult time, join the video visit through OnPatient. You will meet with Dr. Ken Kaskie.

Click Confirm in the first email within the hour or the request is cancelled. Check spam if you do not see our emails.
What to Expect at Your Consult
Your consult is a video visit with Dr. Ken Kaskie through OnPatient. It is a conversation about what you are dealing with, what hyperbaric oxygen therapy can and cannot do for it, and what a plan would look like. Ask every question you have. No pressure, no package pitch.
Your $100 consult fee goes toward any package purchased within 30 days of your consult.

No problem, and you do not need to book again. Every consult is a video visit, so our team switches it on our end before your consult. If you do not see a video visit link in OnPatient by the day before, call us at (770) 321-0696.
Give us 24 hours notice by phone and we will move you to a new time at no cost. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show, the $100 consult fee is kept.
Not at this time. We can give you an itemized receipt to submit on your own.
Not yet. Book the consult first. After it, our team schedules your sessions with you by phone so the timing fits your plan.
Check spam and promotions first. If it is not there, call us at (770) 321-0696 and we will sort it out while you are on the phone. If you never clicked Confirm, the request expired after an hour. Book again and click Confirm right away.
Please complete it through the OnPatient Check In button before your consult, so your time with Dr. Kaskie is all conversation.
